MANFAAT AIR MASAK PADA KESIHATAN

As children, we all were counseled about the importance of hydrating ourselves and the problems we may face otherwise. As time passed, we got over half a million other drinks to choose from. At the same time our lifestyle has changed and we eat a lot of processed food and take too many cups of tea/coffee/alcohol, not to forget the many aerated drinks that come in varied packaging.  Now, we drink water only to quench our thirst and not to rehydrate the body.


But is that the right thing to do?  While we put a lot of effort in deciding what to eat, we forget that the healthiest option in drinks is still the one and only - WATER. Let’s check out why:

  • When you are sufficiently hydrated toxins are flushed-out continuously and it saves you from body odor.
